I do get a kick out of the Russian Meddling outrage, all of the politicians pretending like the US had never meddled in an election.
I think it's hilarious. I am of the opinion that Trump would have not been elected had he ran against Sanders and the Democrats along with the Clintons rigged that victory in the primaries and subsequently their own defeat.
The house buying process. 90% of it is superfluos crap. It both annoys me and perplexes me every time.
I am closing on a new house next week and putting mine on the market this week. Fun fun times. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
not only is living in Illinois a nightmare; but buying/selling a house here is even worse. The process cannot be done without an attorney - the title companies will not work with you without one.
My rant of the day. Needless cover your butt mandatory government employee trainings. So exhausting. Common sense seems to be losing its cool. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Region 3 conference call this morning for the association I am on the board of, an hour of procedural crap that I will never get back.
A friend of mine a few years ago was selling their house and buying another one. Wells Fargo pulled the prequalification after they closed on the selling of their home but before closing on the one they bought because he had opened a credit card account a few weeks prior. Probably not a smart move on his part but the bank could’ve also told him this was a possibility. They eventually convinced Wells Fargo to issue the mortgage, this all happened on the day he was supposed to close Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I went USDA. Me and the seller had to clean the cistern, paint the soffits, remove mold from the attic, inspect the foundation, deem the deck “non hazardous” and test paint for lead. Took months to close since we were both working men and trying to do it without realtors, I ended up using one for paperwork and paid him $4k. Still salty about it but ended up getting the perfect house in the perfect location for what I wanted in my life right now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I could see how buying or selling a home can be a pain in the ass for someone. That said it happens everyday so it isn’t all that difficult.
Why is it people find it acceptable to stop in walk ways or in front of doors to talk. GD ppl outta the way when Big Fudge coming thru.
Hope you have the appropriate level of class guilt for a second home and a cash deal......would not want the left taking away your high road card
I have no apologize for getting an education and making lots of money The farm next to my land went for 6000 an acre, mine is all river bottom, so in a few years I'll sell that also, and you'll know when I do, because nobody will hear from me again I'll be in one of these seeing all the great sights of America
Same in England. I was going to sell two houses I own there to fund some new builds here, both houses are owned outright but with the attorney fees and other mandatory fees and then the amount I’d be taxed for bringing the money into the USA would be hurrendous. So they can stay as rentals.
No work for 2 weeks. I needed a glass of wine at 8am after last night's hell. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
