True the current group here against the law are not paying taxes, you have 3 years to become a citizen and document income the entire time or deport. There is a solution but there must be accountability. Then again plenty of people game the system collect unemployment and work cash jobs on the side, pisses me off as a person that pays taxes on every penny of my income.

Mighty Might football teams, little league, on street corners begging for money. It teaches the youth to just beg instead on earn. I don't know about y'all but back in my day we contacted a business that did fundraising and picked a project, i.e. candy bars, canned popcorn, carwashes, and a plethora of others. I have rarely said no to a kid selling something in order to do something. But begging on the street corner, what adult would put up a child to do this?
Are you sure it's not a scam? Similar situation; kids were going around my neighborhood knocking door-to-door asking for donations to the local high school band. My wife answers the door, and comes back to me asking if I've got 20 bucks and explains the situation. I roll my eyes and tell her to ask the girl what the school mascot is and if she has any school ID. Wife does so, the girl sidesteps the mascot question and says she had left the ID in the car. Wife says come back with an ID and I'll give you 20 bucks. She never came back.
