Since we moved the dogs have not had a tick, never had fleas or worms ever, little divas lay on the couch all day on their minky blankets, they go outside to pee and poo that's it.
So how to end a miserable day I get home from Dr., yes back on tick bite meds, and let A J out. In mean time Sams club delivery was left in the rain. So I delt with those three food boxes. Call A J and he isn't coming. He hates rain. Round garage and there he is finishing off the rest of my bucks nose. Yep he destroyed the euro mnt I'd spent hours on. Dragged it out of the garage. I'd opened to store boxes. Good thing I took pics
Pretty sure that post had zero intentions of " soothing" your weather or power issues when written or after for that matter.
Have one dumb friend still working fire sent us a group photo of a dumb 2o acre fire he was going to babysit overnight. Sofakingdom, temps were dropping into the 20's that night nothing going anywhere. Hate stupid waste, I always shut it down at dark unless it was active, always told dispatch no response unless local 911 call, as a taxpayer not going to pay a guy seeking OT to sleep in an engine.
Where do you live that power is that sketchy? I live in a rural area and my power went ot 1 time in 5 years and that was because of a local tornado.
Slow leak on a truck tire, I tried feeling for a nail no luck, jacked the truck up took off the tire, still no luck, I cleaned off the tire nope, I mixed up soapy water to spray on still no luck I checked the valve stem and bead seal no bubbles, I even did the listen test could not find the leak. Took the tire and rim to town and said fix this please.
Couple of small wildfires are burning near me. My parents are now awfully close to the path and are on the "get ready" list. This poor part of the world can't catch a damn break. 11 houses burned down so far. 0 percent contained and 20 mph winds ain't helping.
Do you have sprinklers? I am serious raising the humidity around your house will knock down the intensity of any flame front. Serious check out the firewise home protection check list. All things you can do to protect your home.
I remember as the neighbors home went up in flames. Not very close either. The fire department had more hoses on our home than theirs. They owned a mobile home, ours was a new two story build. With siding being installed. That mobile home was a complete loss before the trucks had a chance to arrive, So our home was down wind and their main priority.
Not one, not two at least 4 hawks hunting around the coop and the house. Chickens are going to have a tough year I fear. Goshawks and red tail. The alfalfa has been filled with song birds and the rabbits have spread from garden area to over here near house. Probably due to alfalfa.
Not sure where else to post it. If you didn't see the end to the Lakers/Bulls game tonight, you can rant. Just wow.
They leak tested the tire, they pumped it up to 60 psi and it held pressure all weekend, I picked it up tonight, they didn't charge me probably because I buy a set of tires every year from them. My truck is at 186,000 now has been trouble free I am going to keep on driving it still has original front brake pads.
