    Thanks arrowflinger
Funny how dogs react. I decided to rest up in computer room. Now both that and bed room have steel gates to keep the dogs out. They have learned it's pointless to come upstairs unless they need to let us know they need to potty. Then they slap the gate rattling it until we wake or just come to let them out.
When I got home they both glued themselves to me after seeing my face. Then both came up and layed down in the hall infront of the gate until I went back down stairs. Both are still acting particularly calm and lovey dovey around me. Not the normal wild wiggling slapping pay attention to me first act.

OND, I had same done on my nose a couple years ago. After stitches were put in Doc had me put some liquid Vitamin E on wound and cover it with gauze each day. After three weeks they took out the stitches couldn’t see any sign of the wound in another tree weeks. Glad all went well for you and hope that healing goes well.

I think I am going to start looking to hire my replacement, I can't deal with the chaos I come back to when I travel and honestly leaving my house 4 hours before flight gets old fast. I can no longer do two jobs effectively, guess I am saying I am getting too old for this crap. I would rather not sleep well and wake up next to my wife than not sleep well in a hotel room and wake up in the middle of the night and try to figure where the hell you are. I don't know if it was a weird dream but I woke up and had no idea where the hell I was, I just wanted to be home.

    Thanks!
they told me Friday I need to remove bandaging , gently wash and then rub vasaline into the stitches 4-6 x's a day for the next three weeks. During this time the stitching will dissolve on their own. My regular dermatologist had me rubbing Vasaline into the biopsy wound as well.
To be honest, I have always scarred terribly, so I'm not too hopeful. That said, it sits directly under my eye glass nose pad. Well it did, I'm not sure how big it is now. Seemed like several stitches, some internal. I suppose that's why I was told I couldn't even walk far to keep my heart rate down until Friday it was a bit deep they were concerned over bleeding.

I get raised scars above the skin, I had a tree that was on fire fall on me hit me in the back. The scars are huge, when I take my shirt off people say what the hell my back has a dozen huge scars looks like I was lashed with a whip. Hope I never has skin issues on my face I will be deformed.

Yah when they had to open my entire leg from the knee to foot ...that scar is still a deep indentation with the staple scars raised along it's edge.
I still have the scars, from age 12, across my wrist due to falling off a pool slide into a concrete pool. They look like I tried slitting my wrist. I had the smarts to push out as I hit the pool edge to avoid hitting my face against it. Won't even talk about knee scars over the years, one from a run away horse dragging down a gravel road as a kid.
    BTW
I just laugh about this stuff , Docs alway remark about my sense of humor. I just say it's Gods sense of humor. He had me born on April Fools day. Lifes been a series of just foolish yearly mishaps since. Jokes on him, I'm still kicking , lol

So, took the bandage off today...working hard not to cry, though he did an excellent stitch job. I could tell there was a lot of stitching being done. My little under the eyeglass pad 1/4 inch is now from my eye tear duct to mid nostril in length along nose crease. Thank God I'm 67 and vanity isn't an issue for me. Eventually I'll end up with wrinkles and that's all anyone will notice...lol

I'm sorry this is a big one.
    WTF!
I just got back from the 2 dogs yearly vet check up. Shots, urine and picking up monthly meds for both. 6mo. Supply each.
    1,000.00!!!!!!
My cancer surgery only cost 1800.00

Honest to God...they tried calling as I typed this. Scout have bacteria in his urine so now they need to treat that. I have to pick up a prescription at my pharmacy...I'm afraid to see that bill

Most of my dogs rarely went to vets and rabies shots were free community affairs. They lived into their mid teens on Dads dog food. Both rescues arrived with big health issues. Heart worm and bladder surgery. Special meds , special foods.
I'm going to look for different vet though . These guys just built and opened a huge facility...I think Doubled their prices. They have yet to sell the old building down the road.
    BTW.
Old location aways packed. Now 3 cars in a massive parking lot.

I'll start with good news ..meds only 24.00.
Bad news, I sprayed for ticks. Legs, torso since I've been going out. Not around head and neck due to surgery. One of the animal landed me a tick , fully imbedded on my rt shoulder. Head still in there. Either dogs or the chickens that made me pick them up to get them back in coop.
Please let this day be over
