It used to bother me wondering how I can make a difference but now due to the global panic movement I rest easy now as I speed down the road at 75mph I am making a difference in this world.

Except cap and trade never happened under Obama and was a republican idea to begin with.

My rant today is reading that post while chugging my Diet Dew.

Note to self that Diet Dew kinda burns when exiting thru my nostrils!

Oooh, the irony. Cap and trade is simply the embodiment of the economic reality that when government places an unnatural limit on an otherwise limitless product; said product morphs into a commodity with value. Where there is value, there is commerce. The difference with cap and trade is government picks and chooses who gets to trade said commodity, and thereby profit from it. It increases patronage and graft; which are Progressive's bread and butter. Not to mention hammers the working class.

My rant of the day- picking a goddam deer tick off the back of my neck. Was just out in the yard this AM with the dogs.

Just attached as it wasn't swollen. I know it's supposedly takes 24 or more hours to transmit, but lyme is the last thing I need. Anyone know if doctor will prescribe antibiotics as prevention or if I have to exhibit symptoms first?

This is the third spring I lived in this house, and it's the first time we've ever had ticks in the yard. Dogs have brought them in four times since the end of April. Not looking forward to planting my food plots up in Wisconsin this weekend. Going to be crawling with them.

Save the tick some facilities can test the tick but unless you have a bite site reaction no treatment. Get some permethrin and treat your clothes before you head to the woods.

Have some from last summer but it froze over the winter so I'm stocking up. I find Sawyers + DWO w/DEET to be the best. I usually only have to brush 1-2 off when everyone else will have several; even those who use one or the other instead of both will have a few.

Yeah I was out to the plots yesterday and worked in some of the honey bees yesterday, didn't spray anything because of the bees. I was so tired last night I went to bed without a shower (ewe) started in the shower this morning and had two stuck on my back. I've already lost count of how many I've picked off this year.

She’ll be gone soon. That stitching can’t hold that up for too much longer

So I was outside had the garage door open to the shop surveying all the birds around the feeders and enjoying the view, dang coyote comes thru the side yard damn thing was standing there 20 yards away, she didn't move off fast. I did the Clint Eastwood bang and she was walking off then the 3 little yappers saw her and raised hell and chased her off. Don't you hate it when you could really use a weapon and the damn thing is in the house.
