I paid 25 cents for gumballs out of a rotary dial machine as a kid. I hope your bill is a major clerical error or electronic error. So hard to determine or base blame in liberal states. Complete bullchit it requires the customer/end user to note the errors, just imagine those well off that have auto pay for their bills. Never know it unless it's audited
Our electrical bill was $110 more than avg last month. We lost power for 3 days and I kept the house higher temp than normal while my family was out of town for a week. Has to be the power company covering their storm repair costs.
Round up, diesel and dawn dish soap...if you want, straight diesel fuel will work... shhhh Don't speak of what you did
Would be against most states laws. You would see that as an increase next year. May have "estimated" this bill We were out 5 + days a couple years ago. Our whole neighborhood wrote the power company that we wanted a prorated bill for that month. We could have been restored in less than an hour....the mutt who did the trouble shooting could have closed the section fuse on his own. But no, not trained. Yet they put a truck at the site for 24 hours on a Sunday. $$$$$$ for those people. WTF!?!? Their response in a nutshell...LOL!!
Well this is a continuation of bull s hite. A couple of months ago our bill was way high. Not crazy though so it was paid. Then no bill the next month so we called. Oopppsss new guy read meter wrong so we owe you. This time we read meter, All #'s on the bill. The numbers do not match the billed amount so a computer glitch. Thnking decimal way off. Think about government trying to make ALL Funds digital. Where there is no longer any access or ability to use solid monetary funds in technical break downs. The problem maybe getting a human that can think independently of a computer to resolve the issue. That's getting more difficult.
The problem is seldom the computers and more often human err. In our city, we don't have any (people) meter readers anymore...the only real surprises are if you have averaged monthly bill payments and the rates increase our there is sustained monthly/seasonal weather change over the prior year.
Pray for Maui and pray for Lahaina. Wildfire destroyed basically their entire town from hurricane force winds+fire. My brother and his GF had been staying there since January and had to evacuate last night. Their place is gone and they lost everything. My best friend lost their business, truck, excavator, and house. Such a terrible terrible situation but luckily everyone is ok. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hubby has addressed the electric bill. Oh ya the wrong meter reading that caused the no billing last month produced an automated glitch and being automated unable to catch and correct before bill mailing. This is strange because they were the ones that caught the original ,way smaller over bill that we paid, then they initiated the no billing last month. Ha! and BIDEN is pushing everything being electric.
Standing up under a cabinet door you didn't realize was open..Holy hell! Then the next day turning into a cabinet door in the Exact same spot!
Yup my cousin and her family lost everything as well as her husbands extended family. Everything gone. Sad
lol My GF can't close a cabinet or drawer fully to save her life. the other night I use the restroom in the dark..... middle of the night and catch the bottom of a semi open cabinet door with the top of my foot. HARD. it hurt like a MO FO!!
So helpless as a firefighter in 60 mph winds, no air support. Not a thing you can do even with a heavy firetruck when flame heights are over 12'. Moving so fast you can't catch it and you sure as hell do not want to be in front of it.
Sat up with the dogs till 11:30 last night because of thunderstorms. I sat on the couch with 4 dogs, waited for the storm to clear, checked the radar all clear. I get into bed, get comfortable and the damn dogs started barking again.
That was quite the set of storms that rolled through last night. We got hit over and over again at my place. I was up on and off through about 4 am. Granted, we certainly need the moisture, but what's wrong with a daytime storm system? Sent from my SM-S918U using Tapatalk
reminds me of that news story where residents directly on their utility bills have to pay for the power consumption of all the street lights.
