I feel for you. I went through the same thing in 2018. It’s no fun.

Well we enjoyed a period of peace, there was no conflict. It appears the painful lessons of the past have not taught a lesson. The red invaders have returned, and they brought allies the chipmunks. There has already been death, there will be no hesitation to kill more. They will be trapped, shot, and hunted till every last invader is dead. I am coming for you rodents and I am bringing hell with me.

I had two tasks to complete this morning: Replace the igniter on my Pit Boss pellet grill and replace the battery on my son's 2009 Can Am Outlander 1000. My son said the battery was a pain to replace so I expected that to be the tougher job. I was wrong.

YouTube showed videos of replacing the igniter and it looked so easy. What they didn't show was that the power cord has to run through the fan housing. I had burned up half of my colorful vocabulary by the time I finally finished that job. The battery was a piece of cake in comparison.

My personality doesn't mix well with aggressive and rude customers in the retail environment.

I moved from a place that I lived in for 27 years. I had 2 2-1/2 car garages, a barn and a shed. I accumulated so much crap in that 27 years. I think we filled 6 big dumpsters. I was busy late winter till me moved on July second. Never moving again.

It sucks. This is the 7th move for me in 11 years I'm used to it and it still is terrible. I do think it's harder when you've been somewhere a long time though.

Two years ago we moved into our twelfth home in our seventh town in our 44 years of marriage. (All were good moves by the way). We still have one unpacked box from our first move. Moving does suck! I can’t count how many times we’ve said “This our last move EVER!” :o

When I moved here in 1988, a house came with the job although we paid all utilities. 2.5 years later the house across the street came up for sale. Went over and talked to the old guy about it. He said he wanted a family to move in and raise their kids in it just like he did. He goes, you have kids and I like you so I will sell it cheap to you. Two weeks later, I got a couple friends to help me carry everything across the street. My kind of move and it was before the wife had accumulated a bunch of stuff. Been in this house for 34 years now and never want to move again. The wife has accumulated a bunch of stuff and it would be no fun.

Try doing all that when you are trying to sell your parents house and one twit sister decides she will not help.... " I have a bad shoulder...I have asthma...I'm not paying for good carpet for those 2 rooms...YOU (meaning myself or my other sister) have to find and use remnants....

Of course, she will be first in line for the settlement check.

If someone wants you to be executor of an estate, make sure it comes with a big pay check!!

That gives me lots of privacy when they are doing it here. Oh yes you can bet that's been happening. Why well besides the painters tape over all lens even the TV's I rarely ever carry my phone. The most is during hunting season other wise it sits in the computer room in the upstairs of house. . Until they can figure out what I'm typing or care what movies or news I watch I'm good to go.
As far as what I type, nothing I wouldn't repeat in a room of people

7.22% on a home mortgage. If you buy a $400,000 house 30 years you would pay a million $ in interest. Not building wealth on property that way.
