Ain't worth it jumping off some crap/misstepping and undoing all the work you have put into reclaiming your health.
Dr told me I would be booted from a drug study, would be stupid to return to what put me in that position in the first place.
Unnecessary paperwork. Few months ago we had some guy get brought in at work to help "stream line" our maintenance dept. Which ok fine it was probably needed a little bit and now we have these work orders that haveta use. One for stuff not needed right away and ones for if something breaks and needs attention right away. Which I have no problem with but this last week or so they're getting little ridiculous. We, as in the maintenance dept, got asked why over the last 2 months have there only been 120 something orders. Which to me I would think a lower number is a good thing. Would mean stuff is running good. But guess not. So now we have to fill them out for any little thing we do. Went in one night last week and there was a whole stack with menial task that take no time to do. For instance a Porta power from shop was left on floor, needs brought back to shop. Or a bolt came out of hydraulic cylinder pin that needed replaced. Both jobs took grand total of 5 mins. Idk I understand the need but don't see the point in wasting everyone's time messing with these orders on things that aren't necessary. Half the stuff it takes longer to fill out paper then the actual task. Sent from my SM-S906U using Tapatalk
Oh that's what they're trying to do. Have better records of parts used and what everyone is doing. Which is fine and understandable. Problem is there's no plan to really get everyone on board and instead it's turning into passing on things nobody else wants to do to us in the shop. I'm not saying it's a bad thing by no means just that it's getting little annoying now with the small things or things that really don't need documented. Like I've literally had some one fill one out and come get me to make or find a guard on one of the machines and walked over and it was laying 5 feet away in the middle of the floor. Sure they bout tripped over it few times. And I was like wth dude. Sent from my SM-S906U using Tapatalk
Had a note on my gate at the property when I went up this weekend. It was from the neighbor on my south side. Someone cut the lock off their gate and drove into their property, then decided they wanted a white fir snag just over the fence on my side for firewood. The asshat cut all four strands of wire on the fence we share and then cut down another of my good trees for better access to the white fir snag. Tree landed on one of the steel fence posts and bent it to hell. Then they hooked onto the snag and drug it out, tearing wire loose for another two posts and also tearing another two posts out of the ground. I spent two hours saturday cleaning up the smaller live tree he'd tripped over the fence line, drove the two posts that were ripped out back in, drove a new post where the badly bent one had been. I had to take wire loose for three posts in each direction from the tore up spot to get it all tight again and then add four sections of wire to join up the four cut lines. Glad I keep a roll of wire and several spare posts on hand at the property. But, now some cows from the neighbors have crossed through the bad spot, so have to contact their owner to get them back where they belong What a complete asshat. It is really telling what type of person this must be, such a complete disregard to trespass and tear up other's property just for some crappy white fir firewood. It wasn't even red fir or tamarack, what a tool.
No, there is no cell service on that end of the property. I do have a game camera that is now pointing towards the neighbors. The neighbor told me she's been having trouble for two years with one specific individual coming onto her property. She is convinced it was him. She gave me his name and I found him right away on FB, so now I know what he looks like. I also took some pictures that show that whoever did it was using a dually pickup. The neighbor didn't know if he had a dually or not. I'm working on tracking down an address for him so I can drive by and see if he has a dually. I'll be filing a sheriff's office report today too. The neighbor has filed reports on the guy multiple times, but they keep telling her that they can't do anything due to there never being enough definitive evidence to prove it was him. Perhaps the tracks I have of the dually marks will help.
County tax assessor website or office are usually good free and public sources to find people and their addresses...
If you find a dually in his driveway, I would walk up and look in his bed. Will definitely be wood chips in the back if it was him. Sent from my SM-S901U using Tapatalk
Petty coworkers who think they are the boss of everyone, when they aren't. Overblown self importance is an epidemic.
