Hopefully, it stays a bit warmer here after the rain we have had-give it time to soak in.

It sucks bigly when there is ice under the snow and you have a chain saw in your paws.

It is going to snow all day, I am going to gamble and have taco bell for lunch and hope I don't get parked on the freeway.

Made it. Had 8 employees not able to make it into work today, the GM was one of them. Told HR take a PTO day from each of them, we are a business not a school. It took me a little longer today but was there at 6:20. Granted I am an excellant driver but if I can make it they all can make it. Urban dwellers, how can you talk crap about what a great winter vehicle your jeep is yet you can't make it in, funny 2 employees who live 15 miles north of him made it, hell a guy that lives in the same town made it in a prius, then again this is a guy who gets the Monday flu after a viking loss.

Shoveled the driveway 3 times in one day. Gunna have to dig out tomorrow again now too as it looks like the system has stalled again with heavy snow still falling. The piles at the end of the driveway where the plows push snow into the driveway are real close to as tall as me. Just lovely throwing shovel fulls that high.

Too stubborn to invest in a snowblower. Our driveway/sidewalk isn’t huge but damn.

I have a 4' drift outside my garage door, my neighbor is in AZ so I will be blowing his driveway too. Please kill me, sick of it.

Going out before bed to see if I need to move the vehicles out to the plowed road, end of the driveway. I am not blowing snow when it is snowing this hard.

It's terrible here also. I just had to sweep damn near a 1/4" of the fluffy stuff off my sidewalk at work. Brutal. :poke:

We missed the snow. Really glad as I just got home from the surgeon gutting me again with all the hernias. He said it was a mess along the old scar line from the aneurysm surgery in 2015. Put mesh in this time. Can't work for 6 weeks. Going to be boring for the next couple weeks.

Sota, if it snows can you come blow out my driveway too??

Just got back in from shoveling. I am so so close.

Getting quotes for snow removal off the roof. Giant drifts up there and I’m not doing it. Done with it.

Heard this was the biggest snowfall storm in nearly 5 years for Minneapolis and surrounding areas. St. Cloud got 13” think we have about that or just a bit more.

I completely understand, but you only get one chance at a great recovery. A buddy of mine rushed his recovery after a back surgery and will pay for his impatience for the rest of his life. 6 weeks is a blink of the eye in the scheme of things. Behave and be well.
