Funny thing, I have a mini that has "cart experience" I never attempted it - but seriously thinking about it because I don't work far from home and everything I need is literally all in "driving" range. Heck, they're even putting a Dollar General in our town and it's already small enough of a town and you blink and you already drove through it.
DG and FD stores been popping up at every flashing yellow 4-way intersections in rural areas for about 10 years or so. Sometimes across the street from each other.
That isn't a problem here. Way back in the day, we had a shetland pony that we had to watch in the spring for colic. She would colic when the grass lushed up. We would have to slowly let her out in it for short periods but keep her on hay for the first couple weeks. After that she would be fine. Never would have thought of that. Thanks, will still ask the vet since she is old. The way the year is going, you don't rule anything out. Never being a problem seems to smack you in the face the last few years.
Thanks, I will ask about Cushing's disease. Did some reading on that after reading your reply. Can cause foundering. Really appreciate you and Sota's help on this. We been so busy with harvest and wrapping up fall's work on the farm. Now I can focus on Arabella since things hopefully are slowing down at work.
If I did not honor and do what I said I would do for my kids, my house would on the market, I can gt 25% off a place in Florida.

Good news, I don't to have to buy ice to keep beer cold. Bad news, I gotta bring it in at night so it doesn't freeze. Bad news, gotta remember to put some outside a few hours before I want one to cool off. Endless cycle at the cabin.
November 1st on this is a never ending cycle. Ice fishing in the ice castles it's the same way. Gotta love it.
Vet said she needed to be put on stall rest and pour the feed to her due to her age. She was still out in the pasture running with a couple younger horses. He figured she was getting worn down trying to keep up with them. Otherwise, she has no health issues other than old age. It been a little over 2 weeks now and she is getting back to her old self. We saw great improvement by the end of the first week. The last couple days she has just been something else but in a great way. Let's just say I catch hell if I don't get the feed to her fast enough once I walk in the barn. She looks at me, looks back at her little feed trough and shakes her stall gate with her lips/teeth. Very comical and that is the Arabella being her diva self. The other two horses are gone now so things will be quieter for her. We will start letting her out so she can walk around for exercise, so she doesn't get stiff being in the stall all the time. Put her in the stall at night and keep pouring the feed to her. She can still get in the barn during the day which she always could. She is doing really good now. Now that things have slowed down on the farm, I have been able to spend a lot more time with her. The wife spends time with her after she gets home from work.
Been snowing since monday just enough to make the roads slippery. Snow is like fertilizer for idiots.
Never, ever, buy a 2014 or 2015 Grand Cherokee with the ecodiesel in it. Absolute money pit. Blown coolant lines, failed glow plugs that are seized in the head, regen problems with the DEF system, plugged Cat, one thing after another. Last night it decided to suddenly dump at least a couple quarts of oil onto the ground. Wonder what the damage will be this time. Hoping it is just the oil cooler gasket, yet another known failure point on them. Dropped enough oil that none shows on the dipstick, concrete driveway will never be the same again.
