Almost $1200 - that'll get me a couple months. But ridiculous. Usually fill it three times a winter. Worse part? I live in a house under 1000 Sq. Ft.

    Makes me sick.

Dealership service departments. Why schedule a 1 pm appointment if it takes an hour and a half just to get my truck in for the service?

Please keep it. They said that nasty S word in our forecast for next week.

I say it every year when it starts to fly, I live in the wrong state. But, just remind myself that the leaves are pretty .

Back when we raised our 3 kids and lived paycheck to paycheck, my harvest bonus covered 5 months of heating the house. The Xmas bonus covered the last month of heating season, any bills that needed to be paid and a very good Xmas for the kids. We have to fill 5 to 6 times in the winter. Sure glad the kids are g0ne now and we don't live paycheck to paycheck. This year it will take both bonuses and probably another $800 to get through the winter heating the house.

It sucks !! Factor in gas for two vehicles that is double the price just driving to work. That is $150 a month. In the next 6 months, $4o00 should have been going into our retirement account. Glad the kids are grown and gone. Miss them running the house but our food bill is much, much cheaper. No more college payments and wedding payments. Both were nasty for the last kid.

Quit your whining. Harvest is finally getting close to done here. I haven't gotten to check my cameras in a month. I have no idea what is running out there. Going to find out today. Then I am going to post pictures here to make you cry. Haven't even had a chance to go hunting and our bow season has been going for a month and a half. Farming sucks !!!

Rant #3 and should hopefully be the last one for the day. Got a date with a surgeon on Nov 3rd to schedule a surgery. I have two hernias along the scar line where they gutted me to fix the 3 Aortic Aneurysms in 2015. Beem pushing my guts back in since mid-August trying to get through harvest since we were short on help. If there is an award for dedication for the job, I should be getting one. Or a stupidity award for not saying f this job, I am getting myself fixed up... probably should be getting that award. Let's just say the wife is not happy with me. Sure glad I waited a month to tell her to save us both the stress of it. Got through Britney's wedding. She noticed I was always pushing on my stomach after that so I had to fess up.

They looked like Florida deer on my camera pull today. Some decent ones but nothing that made you excited. Only thing with big antlers was this guy...

Had 3 hernias fixed back in 2020, 2 inguinals and 1 umbilical. Umbilical was the only one that was bothering me, figured insurance was maxed out either way. Did them all.

Less than 60 days later went back because I felt new pain/burning above my naval and was told it's nothing. Live your life.

Yeah, now I'm holding my stomache at every cough and sneeze, again.

The one is right by the navel. That is the one that bothers the most. I hear you on the coughing and sneezing.

The word is inaugural…it can’t be annual till it has been repeated the next year…

    Why I oughta…

Puts and takes = trade offs…came up on an earnings call about 4 times…

‘The economy is going in the toilet, what puts and takes are you considering so that we don’t tank your stock…’ was the jist..
