I could spend a month up there and not run out of things to do or fix. Things that would add value to selling the place. They just don't care to put any effort or money into it. The only thing they see are the dollar signs at the end. The more I do, the more money they make. I lose my time and money. Was no different when mom was a live. I was there, they weren't other then the one sister. I take that back, they were there but only for hand outs from mom which sky rocketed her to the poor house. They always put effort into that !!!!!
What issues are you having? Betting it's not the fuel filter. Moisture or water. If that's the case, it's almost impossible to drain completely too. Built in tanks are a PITA.
Ok... So many of you have seen me piss and moan about how Mrs. Noodles can't load a dishwasher for ****. This is what I came home to tonight- So this is what that looked like after rearranging minus the big bowl And this is what it looks like after re adding the big bowl and several other large items Mrs. Noodles might be retarded.
Them bowls are packed to tight for my preference, I'd have to space them out across the entire row. 2 spoons upside down but not crowded so will still get clean.
It is a fuel delivery issue I am changing out the filter and a new fuel pump. I use additives every time I add gas. Will see soon I guess. It is not like the boat sat a lot ran well over 100 gallons of gas thru that motor last summer.
Maybe the angle of the pic is misleading but there's plenty of space between the bottoms of the bowls for the water to get in. They get clean. The silverware got straightened out after the pic was taken.
Found some crud in the fuel filter, doubt that there is not more crud. either way will have parts needed on stand by but yes permanent tanks suck.
Maybe unhook the supply line and pump into a mason jar or larger to see if sediment still in the tank? If so hook up an external pump to the line and pump everything out without putting wear and tear on the actual pump.
Robocalls!!!! Getting sick of them amd it's mever the same numbers so blocking does nothing. Anyone using an app they are happy with? The one that came with my phone won't activate. Likely because I use straight talk for phone service and not the $100+ a month providers.
No pump in the tank, I think I am going to buy a spare fuel filter and see how that goes. The tank is a major PITA to get to.
That is what I do, never answer numbers I don't know. If you are legit, you can leave a voicemail and I will call back.
I don't amswer them unless I know the number or they're in my contacts. Just tired of receiving multiple times a day. Then some stay connnected and the recording goes to voicemail so I get a voicemail notification that stays there until I check it.

Family's are tough. You can't choose biological family you are born into. That said, sometimes you can work to build one and say good bye to the one you didn't build. . I built a good family , I walked away from the one I was born into and never looked back. Life is good.
My youngest sister has not talked to me since my Mom's party for some reason, not that curious to ask either. I do nothing with malice if I anger you it is inadvertent and if you can't talk about it not my problem.
