I agree it was probably faked, but if not- I am nothing if not consistent. Real men stand up for women.
There is standing up and there is grand standing. A real man would not make a bad situation worse so he could peacock. That is exactly what he did. A real man could have walked up there and verbally make him feel like a worm then have him publicly apologize to her. He just proved the "Fresh Prince" really couldn't be taken out of the Hood.
Maybe his book sales were dropping off. Real men don't make the situation worse for their women. There are a hundred better ways to handle that situation while supporting your woman and not putting her in the spotlight.
He was laughing along with Rock when he made the joke. It wasn't until Rock seen that Jada wasn't enthused by the joke and got a little squirmish saying it wasn't that harsh that Smith got up and went on stage. Had he truly been offended by it, he would have got up immediately rather than laugh along with the joke. It was only when he seen Jada wasn't laughing that he got "angry". It may have been real anger when he sat back down and said "Keep my wife's name out of your effing mouth" twice, but he sure didn't hold that anger when the main cameras went off at the after party.
Well that was my exact feelings but I was trying to sound like HRC. Sent from my SM-G981U using Tapatalk
Wish he would have gone full berserker. Slapped every one of those d bags...producers, children of producers, actors, non binary actors, Male lighting specialists, female males....everyone.
A. I don't really care. B. Hollywood's seems to be nothing more than high rent trailer trash C. The whole thing is bizarre...he's laughing with the jokes, Jada gives him the sitnk eye and he gets up...yet here is a man who may not actually be married and his side was running around on him last year?
I never did see the fascination with people's giddiness to adore celebrities. You even see it here a little bit. Which celebrity hunter would you love to hunt with? None of the them. I can think of many of you, I would much rather meet and go hunting with.
Radiator started leaking coolant when I pulled in the garage last night. At least I made it home, guess I know what I will be doing the next few days in between work and baseball season.
At least 4.0 Cherokees are about the easiest engines to work on ever. I swapped water pumps in my college apartment parking lot with just some hand tools. Slave cylinder in my clutch, too. Lots of room to work around in that engine bay. This next part maybe oughta go in the BTIL thread, but I just saw that Jeep (and Dodge and maybe even Ram also) is bringing back an inline 6, 2 versions a 400-something HP and a 500 HP, to replace both the bigger V6 they have now and I think also an alternative to the 5.7. https://www.motor1.com/news/575857/jeep-hurricane-twin-turbo-engine/
Yeah, just ordered a new radiator for pick up from the local Napa store after work. Started pulling things apart last night hoping is was just a bad hose or clamp. Still have to drain the radiator and remove the old one, but shouldn't be too hard. Would have been about a two hour job if I had been able to get one last night. My boys had baseball practice last night so I didn't start looking at it until about 8:30.
Grilling for 60 for lunch today pork chops and chicken breasts, luckily it is 36 degrees with freezing rain and wind. I will be under a canopy but it will take between 10-20 minutes longer to grill based on the weather. Plus grilling without an open beer just is not right.
We do a service school every year people from landfills around the country we do a 4 day course. I am the pit master, MC, teach a few hours and pick up the dinner tab. At work at 6:30 in the morning got to my hotel room a little after 9 last night. It makes for a long week.
