I bought a tiller attachment for my ryobi weedeater. Actually works really good. I graded and (mostly) leveled my boat trailer pad next to my shed with it. Maybe 15x15 or so. Or you could just pick up a garden weasel if there's not too much clay and you don't mind the workout.
The pork rinds can burn. Though not as keto friendly, using some rice flour or corn startch will help crisping. Even hitting them with some sprayed on oil would help crisp the exterior.
Yeah, too much clay for a manual break up. Got some rain coming early/mid week. Let it get a good soaking and then some sun for a week or two. I have plenty of time as I'm going to lay sod over it rather than spread seed and let it grow. Got a few weeks before they'll be cutting sod.
No and I use coconut flours when Dbl coating . That's how I make chicken fingers and some dang good mozzarella sticks. I have never had rind coating burn in my air fryer.
