Not sure the term is wage theft. I think that applies to the employer not paying what it owed.

But I do understand where you are coming from. That is why I said self-termination.

You use company property without permission-here is your written reprimand (minimally)

Have a job interview on company time? Suspension (minimally)

Use company property and job interview on company time-BYE, SEE YA, ADIOS

*rules around 'time' may be sticky (I.e. Hourly/union workers vv allowed breaks, Salaried/exempt employees,
    Sub contractors or Contacted labor)

Disclaimer : I'm not a lawyer and it's been quite a while since I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express

Well went to my 3rd eye doctor today. He is nearly certain I have toxoplasmosis in both eyes, but my Rt eye worse. Had to call out of work all last shift, the first time in my entire work career. I simple couldn't see well enough to be safe. Hoping these oral steroids combined with the antibiotic do something.

Once again, hopefully they can get it nailed down to what it actually is and treat the condition amd not just the symptoms.

    Has to be aggravating.

Did you get into a work related scuffle prior to that? Seeing what they think it is is related to cat feces, I'm sure some of the people you have to deal with are not all the cleanliest. All the symptoms you previously had during deer season are common with it as well.

Did they say your current treatment would suffice for it as well?

Wild feline scat maybe...but a workplace incident may be a useful angle with Spring Turkey and fishing seasons imminent.

Yes he thinks it will resolve with current treatment. He does think my November sickness was related, but cant be sure. Kill a deer, a week later I'm sick as hell. The doctor was an eye infection expert and I trust him.

I have a meeting at 10:00 this morning. I have never had a meeting I will dread as much as this one. I had to get to Tampa as fast as possible. My Mom fell on Monday morning fractured skull, fractured face, two brain bleeds. Not looking good at all.

Nobody warned me before I walked in her hospital room, my 85 pound mom unresponsive =, her face and head disfigured bruised, it made me heave cry. I will say this if anyone can somehow rally from this it is my mother, she has fought so damn hard for the past year.

Good luck Sota. hope her healing will be fast.

I know the feeling of being unprepared for seeing someone who has had/been in an accident.
