South west Iowa, umm I mean Pa! But Man no joke I am bummed out. He has been such a big part of my life for me its a odd feeling. Sometimes I think I should have let him walk. But than I think that's complete crazy talk, as a hunter this is what I do. But a big part of me wishes I could be back out there next spring putting more minerals on his site and pulling cards with his pictures on it. And what's adding to the depression, I shot a doe on my first sit of the year the day before I shot him. So I've got like 6 hours of hunting in this year :(

That is an AWESOME Pa buck! Obviously, you put in a lot of time and hard work to get results like that. Big congrats to you.

Iowa has no big deer and tons of pressure. Kansas is where there are big bucks everywhere.

Congrats! Nice deer. I've let #3 on my list walk two years in a row because he was too young. I know a little how you feel. I've been thinking about him all year and what he looks like this year. Hoping I get the same opportunity now that he is old enough. Not on cam yet
