If the balls don't pass inspection the refs would take air out until they meet the specs. When air is added or taken out after is where this problem has stemmed from.
I heard a consiracy theory on the radio this morning from a Pats fan......... he thinks that it was someone from the Colts who did it, so it would throw off Brady's throwing ability, and that explains the interception, and only scoring 14 points in the first half. then in the second half they scored the rest using a regulation ball...which is laughable right? the colts are a a orginization with great integrity right? the Colts.....the same orginization that pumped in crowd nois in the old rca dome to make it sound louder (fact)..the same that's motto a few years ago was "suck for Luck", and conveniently finished last to get that draft pick....integrity??? No not the Colts. I'm paraphrasing of course, but that was the base of his theory.
Tom Brady's press conference is in about 15 minutes, I'm willing to bet that he's going to say that he likes his pressure to be the lowest allowed by the League and that he couldn't tell the difference of 1 PSI. He'll probably say something like there's too many things going on during a play to notice how much pressure is in the football. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
"I didn't know anything about it". Explain to me how someone who touches the ball 70+ times a game can't tell a difference unless it's been that way all year.
My thoughts exactly. That press conference did more harm than good for the Patriots. Unless more evidence is revealed, you have to take away a draft pick at the very least.
As much as I would like that to be the case, any punishment that comes down likely falls on Brady IMO. Maybe a suspension and fine if anything comes of it.
