As I said, I’m planning on heading to Kentucky Saturday but I have to admit that since I’ll be staying in a hotel room I’m not really that excited about it.

    I’ll be going though!

The temps are supposed to be mid to upper 80s in Kentucky while I’m there and I’m actually thankful. They’ve been in the upper 90s.

Some of you guys are going to be hunting before I get all my foodplots planted. lol.

I don't normally get too excited about chasing bucks until the last week of October. But, I will get some early hunts in the first few days of October if all goes to plan. Good luck to all and hunt safe! Make sure to let someone know exactly where you are headed each hunt. Send them a ping on On-X or whatever it takes. Could save your life to hunt another day. I think we have a great chance to repeat.

I'll be out trying to nail an antlerless when my reduction zone properties open the 15th - earns me a second buck tag on them. Otherwise I'm the same - I will say if I happen to nab a first or second hunt antlerless, my one property would give me a serious chance a good buck before October....there are two P&Y's I'd kill for sure with that second buck tag of mine. Time will tell.

Two people (Pops and Wife) always know minimum what property I'm hunting and I'd add to Fletch's recommendation text them UTS (up tree safe) and DTS (down tree safe) this knowledge or lack of being told could initiate a search in crucial time should you be injured.

Team 17 would like you to drop OnX points of where you are hunting as well. That way we can make sure you are safe............safe from shooting any deer. Suck it team 12. I mean that with the utmost sincerity. Check your safety lines and tree pegs because I've got saws and a roll of TP and I love sabotaging a good hunting spot. I guess in good sportsmanship I will say good luck but know that I'm lying when I say that. :)

Yours Truly, (edited an early spelling mistake)

Dude I'm sorry but jokes of this nature are ignorant, foolish and inappropriate. Take this **** elsewhere - heard ArcheryTalk is taking more douchebags over there still

Also you want to be an ignorant little POS, sign it with your name - don't throw the rest of your team into the same cesspool your dipping your feet into.

Also it is Truly not Truely.

    Yours Truly,
    Tynimiller

I apologize for my tone, but I've had folks cut halfway through straps before and that **** is anything but appropriate to joke about. I pray you're like 18 and just young and dumb - we've all been there.

Don't joke with team 12. Got it. If you honestly think that was not just some playful banter (hence the smiley face at the end) then I guess my context was lost and I apologize. Put my name on it. My handle is right there. I wasn't trying to hide from anything. Just a little talk and was just following the lead of a couple guys dropping in on other threads and talking smack. Trust me, I'm not a **** talker in the sense that I'm trying to get under anybody's skin. Just having fun but I should know better that joking on social media always has somebody taking it the wrong way. You think I was really going to find your stand and cut your straps? I forgot to mention that I also brought TP so that meant I was going to poo by your stand as well.

    Yours TRULY,
    Darin Krzyzanowski

Darin, I took it for what it was. (sporty banter) If I was on a team that sucked as bad as team 17, I would also try to hang out with the cool guys. I mean, at least you tried. Hope you get poison ivy and don't see a deer this year. I will send you those pings and encourage you to hunt there often. Please note that they will mostly be in State Park Preserves and a petting zoo. I want you to have a chance.

I've had someone cut stand straps - that kind of humor is something I will never support or find even an ounce funny.

Darin did private message me for anyone who sees the thread - I stand by my statements of it not being funny, but I do appreciate him reaching out. Lord knows I love banter and smacktalk, it crossed that for me, but I consider it done and over. Good luck all and let the banter continue (guess we just discovered my personal line is all).
