Well im going through some footage and couldnt help but do a couple screen shots from the footage. Here is one of the bucks that we had in range 3 diffrent time but couldnt get the job done. These are a couple shots of him working in to the decoy.
I was behind the camera for every encounter with that deer. That was the first time he came in and his elbow bumped the tree coming to full draw (slightest sound and gone). Second encounter snuck up behind us then went down into the thicket, Third time came crusing by looking for does at 40 yards and never presented a clear shot.
We called him slick just cause he was a real clean looking deer but he was sure slick at getting by us without getting a arrow.
I sure hope so. Only bad thing about that farm is there is no thick cover so the deer tend to move off as soon as gun season/ cold weather comes in. Last year was my second year and as far as I know I didnt notice a single deer from the year before. Thats the only down fall to there, but both years I have leased it there has been 3-4 bucks that would go around 120 and up.
