Yeah!! I'm all for quality equipment but this much additional cost could Not be justified unless the previous design was just a flop, which is not the case.

It would take the average archer a long time, if ever to realize any kind of savings from any longevity gained. I say they will Not sell very well. Do you have any idea how many $$$ it takes to stock an archery store?

It is easy to get several thousand $$ wrapped up just in a few brands of broadheads.

Magnus Broadheads have a Lifetime Warranty? Average cost is around $25 a pack.

Landon, I don't see them dropping the price any big amount. I am sure they are priced where they because of material costs and manufacturing process.

It would be silly to think they don't have a bigger profit built in as well though.

Landon, I would tend to agree but if anyone has the money, feels it's justified, and wants to spend the money.....................Then I say Good for them!

I am sure many things I have purchased, Camo clothes, arrows, treestands, bows, etc., etc. could be deemed rediculous when there were many more economical options.

Everybody has there thing. For some it cars, others it's jewelry, clothes, houses, furnishings, electronic goodies, etc., etc., and so on. Know what I mean?

I bet these heads sell like hot cakes, folks complained about the $40 for the regular heads, they sold like hot cakes and so will these!

Just stupid. Anyone who pays this much for broadheads has too much money! Buy an NAP head and you don't have to worry about the ferrul's breaking in-half - which is why the Rage needs to be Ti to hold up to heavy bone hits. MUCH better designs on the market, for a 1/3 the price.

Spend your money on whatever you want. 85 bones for three heads is just ridiculous in my opinion.

This is the first I've ever heard anyone complain about Rage ferrules....are you guys saying you have literally had a ferrule snap in half on you with the original rages?! Hell I've even blown clean through the front shoulder severing the bone and never a problem with the head minus needing blades replaced.

I was under the assumption the Titanium route was a marketing gimmick and not a true necessary upgrade really.

I had an original rage snap off at the ferrule. User error. I hit somewhere (on the deer) I shouldn't have.....and I'm guessing any head would have snapped off at the same point.
