If you were closer I would give you a hand with that siding. If you want to fix it yourself let me know and I can tell you how to do it. Siding is super easy to do and for the people doing it it pays well so it might save you some good money doing it yourself.
JayB--that is an awesome offer man, thank you. I will take you up on your offer to give me some hints on the siding. I am going to price out some siding here in the next month and begin work on it. I was going to pay someone to do the siding until I was hit with a $3,000 truck repair today....AWESOME. Thanks for the sympathy guys, for real, I need it.
Oh I forgot to mention the electrical fire that occured in my laundry room. It was fantastically dangerous and we were lucky to be home when it happened.
