When I went out yesterday morning I watched a nice buck chase does on the opposite side of the field. This morning the wife and daughter wanted to do Black Friday Shopping so I hung out with the Grandbaby all day so far. It is down pouring anyhow so I would of stayed in anyways. I will be back out tomorrow morning, tomorrow night, and Sunday Morning.

Got this deer on the 28th at 9:18. He was running through the woods with a bad limp (turned out to be a dislocated shoulder). I only had a couple more hours to hunt so it worked out for me. After I shot this it ran on the next property and died right there. When I went to retrieve it, some guy (not the landowner) came over and started accusing us a bunch of crap and gave us nothing but attitude. Then he said I never met the land owner because I didn't remember his name, but I knew other things about it. He told me he had problems with some guy that would trespass and shoot the deer but he claimed to know who we were (after he said he's been watching us for 7 years) and said we were legit. Mean while he gave the landowner a hard time about us retrieving the deer but we have pictures of him trespassing on the land I hunt (he also admitted to trespassing on his land too). Some people just feel the need to give others a hard time. He's not the landowner so I didn't listen to anything he said but man it pissed me off. I'm defiantly going to have a discussion with him in the future.
Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I'm surprised I got him because he was running through the woods and I had a couple seconds to shoot him. My parents convinced me to get him mounted so now I'm going to be out 475 bucks, but it'll be worth it. Ill be taking the bow out next week to see if I can get it done with my bow.
