Those are nice deer guys, hopefully you can get on those. I was out tonight again and still didn't put anything down. I was set up in one of the redneck blinds over a 50 acre wheat field and it has a ten acre food plot of beans at the west end....the end furthest away from my blind, lol. There were 9 deer out in the beans, two were bucks. One of those was a nice 8 point I didn't recognize but he ran the other one out of the field. Right at dark about a dozen canadian geese flew in and landed in the middle of the field. It was a pretty scenic evening even though I wasn't able to add any points yet.
Well I don't know what the heck is my deal. 3 sits and the only deer I've seen were in the field leaving or getting into their stand. And no shooters. Going out tomorrow and trying it again. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
My morning sit was fun! The neighbor to the West came stumbling in to his stand 10 minutes before shooting light and proceeded to rattle for the next 2 hours. The anti neighbor to the East blasted classic rock from her back porch and rang a church bell every 15 minutes until about noon. I just kept quiet in hopes that the deer would gravitate to my property. And I bet we do it all again tomorrow...
The rattling was much worse than the anti lady. I'm hoping her plan backfires and the music scares big bucks out of her 70 acre sanctuary.
Scouted this morning. Saw one of my shooters in one of our bean fields with a monster (for me) I've never seen before. Picture does no justice. 500 yards through spotting scope. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
What do you guys think he scores? I hit him with a tape (my first time), but the score doesn't match his look.
Looks good, best I can tell. Great hero pics btw, you could give some people lessons in that area, ROFL.
