Haven't been out I'm wondering the same although I've heard chatter and seen more hit deer along the road but nothing significant. I'm headed out tomorrow in central Michigan I'll give some feedback on how it goes

Been real slow around Ionia County. Haven't seen any bucks chasing does yet. Gonna hunt this morning and won't be back out to hunt til Thursday. Will hunt Hart next weekend before the gun openner

I hunted in Montcalm county last night and though it was a little warm I called in a nice 8 point. He was coming right to me then the neighbors dog decided to start barking at him and he ran off. I saw two more bucks but couldn't really id them cuz at that point the dog was looking for deer
When I was younger my dad hunted Barry Co a lot, Dowling to be specific. We have been back in Barry for three years now and couldn't be happier.

Washtenaw county here. Just wrapped up an exciting season. Killed a doe opening day with my 4 year old, killed a nice 3-1/2 year old nine point during pre rut and filled a doe tag for a buddy on thankgiving morning with my new bow.
