Thanks for the input guys. You have convinced me that this is something I have got to do next year. I entered a Masters pool last night and took Phil. Thoughts? LOTS of guys were taking Tiger. Truthfully, I would love to see one of the older guys win it. I will never forget watching Jack in '86.

My darkhorse is Hunter Maham. Phil has a good chance. There are alot of people playing good right now so it's the most open Masters I can remember.

Really is a difficult Masters to have an idea who the heck is going to win the thing. So much talent playing good right now. For some reason I just don't like Phil this year. My dark horse is Brandt Snedeker. He's a streaky putter and good ball striker. If he's rolling it good, he can win it. Just hard to pick against Tiger with confidence playing at Agusta.

Gentleman, I love my home state and the Masters. I grew up deer hunting not very far from there, although it is a world unto itself. My mother worked for the company who services all the lawn equipment. Had a chance to go when I was younger and passed it up to turkey hunt. Regret it every year now, as those passes got you into everything for the week.

After watching most of day 1, and some highlights a few guys are on fire, and quite a few are still right there, Tiger being one of them. Weather is alot better than we thought it was going to be, and from where I am the skies are going to be clear the rest of the way.

    Unbelievable shot!

Question: If Mickelson wins today, are all of the chokes and might-have-beens null and void? A win today would put him at 4 and in select company in the history books.

I went to a practice round and a Friday round in 1974. Absolutely the greatest thing in sports I've been to.

Good call Germ. He had been so up and down I didn't think he could hold it together. Old Oustwhateverhaven finally played normal. LOL Hell, he picked up 3 shots on the second hole. Freak of nature lucky shot didn't deserve the title. Go Bubba.

I cannot go against a guy who owns one of the original General Lee.

So true, since I saw him on Feherty show, he has become my new favorite athlete.

Good call Germ! One bad swing and decision after (for another topic) and Phil was out of it. If he didn't make triple there, I think it would've been a different outcome. But, that's the way it goes. I'm not a huge Bubba fan, was hoping Kuchar had it in him to pull it off at the end, but better than Louie winning. Pretty good back nine stuff.
