Yesterday on my way home from work I have noticed a few maples (6 or more) that the leaves are starting to turn an orange/red......seems a little early to me...

Does this mean fall is right around the corner ???? Heck Summer never really started here

    I agree Josh. :D

I haven't noticed any maples turning here yet however, while shooting this afternoon I did hear some acorns drop. Oh yeah!

The other day I helped Ben trim some shooting lanes and while sitting in one of his treestands, man I don't want to wish the next 2 months of riding away but October can't get here soon enough. Of course I don't want to look past WY over Labor Day.

Hey Rob, I bet you won't see any leaves changin' in Wyoming:D

To me that can be almost torture, being so close to the Rocky's not getting one day to sleep under the stars...I enjoyed my antelope hunt and hope to someday get back out and do it. Next choice is Mule deer, don't ask me why, but it is

You won't see a tree once you enter Nebraska :D:D

Arizona in the Kaibab is an easy archery draw, but yet a tough hunt since it is dry.

I have also been looking into Colorado as I have gained some points

Rob, where we're Pronghorn hunting, they are suppose to be superb Mule deer outfitters too. I'll inquire while there.

Those are read maples, they tend to change this time of the year and will hold onto that color. They may not lose their leaves. There are some maples that change but dont drop.
