The holy crap, help me score this atypical buck before posting to the scorecard thread.

So first mass would be below the brow, correct?

 

That is what I thought as soon as I saw it on Facebook. I couldn't tell from the original picture you posted here. That is a heck of a mass measurement going around that base though.

 

I came up with almost 9.5"

looks like a brow/G1 to me but....willing to be swayed.

 

I had the same confusion until I saw the picture from the front as well.

Look reasonable? Don't want to get accused of cheating because I certainly didn't think he was 130 and I have him in my hands

130 2/8" 23.75 inches on just the brow and first mass measurement

 

Josh please remeasure and use a string and go to the 1/8th

That was the second time measuring with a rope tape. Everything was rounded down to the closest 1/4". First time I came up with 130 4/8 without rounding down, so it seems pretty close.

And for context, I have a way of making things around me seem small

 

Scoring rules follow the Pope and Young guidelines going 1/8" not 1/4." It may not seem like much, but it could add up to the difference of a couple of inches. Still a great buck though, congrats!
