So the site listed a review for the Heater Body suit:

    http://www.bowhunting.com/blog/post...d-longer-by-wearing-The-Heater-Body-Suit.aspx

I'm curious to see who has used one or something like this.

I love the concept, probably even the material.

I just can't see myself having the time to pull something off me before I shoot. I had so much trouble getting a shot in my late season it was frustrating. Adding more movement to that particular set up... not a chance.

Anyone have a experience or .02 to add?

I posted the review on the suit I purchased last year. I didn't kill a deer using it this season (Only killed without it ), but I didn't get busted getting out of it either. Like I said, with the woods being so open I saw the deer coming in plenty of time to get stood up and out of the suit. It definately helped me stay on stand longer in the bitter cold. No way you can put on enough layers to stay warm and still be able to shoot accurately. It especially helped keep my hands and feet warm. No other product has done that in really cold weather.

I also believe it helps with scent control. Being totally enclosed in the suit with only your head sticking out has to cut down on the scent escaping.

They have a special on their economy model, which is the one I have. You do a field test on it and report back to them and you can get it for $199, a pretty big savings off their custom model.

Steve, I have owned a Heater Body Suit for 4-5 years now. It is fantastic. The inside zipper allows me to easily and silently slide off the suit in order to grab my bow. It really only takes seconds and it is really quiet. This year was the first year I did not have to use the suit because the temps were so high the entire season. Last year I remember using it many times and being very satisfied. I have arrowed several deer while wearing the suit. When using the suit I don't have to pack in a ton of layering clothes, when I have to walk in deep to set up.

Check out www.thewarmbag.com . I like the looks of it better than the heater body suit.

They have a special on right now for $199. Not the delux model with all of the options but it still keeps you warm.

I see on their website that the warmbag people are going to be at the IL Deer classic. I may have to check that out.
