We used to have Great Danes, German Shepards, and Labs and much like others pictures show dogs share the furniture with their people with little dogs there is at least room for humans to sit down too.[/QUOTE] Molson has her favorite chair to watch for squirrel's at the bird feeders.

My Aussie, Pepper. Best dog I've ever had the company of. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
think I've said so before- but that Sir, is a gorgeous dog. as for me, neither of my dogs will sit still long enough for a decent pic. And as for "good dogs"; both are the best dogs ever if you consider being ready to rip your throat out and then play with your severed head "good". Actually, that mostly pertains the the Giant Schnauzer. Mostly. The Goldendoodle is a sweetheart to people but a stone cold small animal killer. She goes after anything non-canine smaller than her like a rat on a Cheetoh. I wish the Giant was a little nicer to people, because he actually has an awesome personality. That damn dog is ridiculous smart. He tries to trade things for food. He has a great sense of humor. (Think John Belushi physical stuff- he does it on purpose.) There isn't an interior door he can't open. He has actually planted getting into the trash evidence on the other dog. (Security cams caught him doing it.) He also has a ridiculous knack to know family. He instantly loved my inlaws (beat me to it), my dad is his second favorite person next to my wife, and he even likes my nephews. He just knows and likes family. But if you're not family, he is usually very standoffish or even aggressive. And it't not like I live anywhere near to either side of the family, he just has the instinct to know- even differentiating family from friends. Friends have to earn his trust, family has it instinctively.
Thank you. He and I just walked about 4-5 miles today. No sheds, but we did find a nice little isolated pocket of white oak in the middle of a grown up clear cut.
