I thought I'd post a couple of pics of the GF's bike. It's an '09 Road King Classic that has the stage 1 kit and has been dyno tuned. It has also been lowered in the back and has the police style handle bars. She's only 5' 4" and the bike fits her good now. I bought her this bike because she was a horrible back seat rider and I had to get her off of my bike!!

Who knows..... maybe that was her evil genius plan!

Nice Greg, nice! Still waiting here, this weekend coming will be 12 weeks. No notification yet. I might have to have them put it together with the black sheet metal and then have them change it when my custom sheet metal comes in.

Do you have a pic of the two bikes together?

    It's a beauty!!!
I had the first year of the FLHRCI in 1998 and loved it.
Looks almost the same as your GF, w/detachable tour pack, back rest, lowered because I'm inseam challenged(5' 5"), I also put the touring handlebars with a 2" extension for comfort.

You know Laconia, NH bike week is one of the bigger HD events, with lots of incredible scenic roller-coaster typo roads for many pleasurable miles!??

how do you like the 09 touring chassis compared to previous ones??? supposed to be much better handling and not wallow in the corners like the old bike did... that's your take?? or do you ever ride it?

SevenMag, I have not ridden an older model. However, this bike handles like a dream. Very stable and smooth at all speeds and handles extremely well at very slow speeds, like parade manuevering.
