So we had this buck show up out of the blue last year, no history or anything with him. He was a big bodied 10 point with no tine length. On 11/11 I had pics of him in the AM with a full rack, and by 2 PM he had busted off three tines. Never actually saw him on the hoof last year. Late season he pretty much disappeared - no photos after mid December. No sheds, no velvet pictures. Wasn't sure if he made it or not until yesterday. The Fridge is back. Got about 30 pics of him working a scrape and making a rub. Now we just need to find a way to kill him. If the weather holds for this afternoon I'm going to a stand about 100 yds from where this camera's at.
Justin That for sure is not the same deer, this guy's P1 & P2 are way different, p3 on his right has a branch, not on this guy either. Nice buck though, good luck. Rocky
P's? You mean G's? And it's definitely the same deer. He justed added some tine length and about 50 lbs.
Amazing what a year will do. I bet his rack is bigger than it looks, because of the huge body and noggin, and he's not even rutted up yet!
he really put on some size both rack and body.. crazy how big a difference a year can make.. nice buck!
Awesome buck!! And definitely agree on it being a good name. What a hoss!! Good luck with him this year Justin.
Justin I mean P's ,guess it's what scoring system your using. I do the BTR which enables every inch to be allowed!!! Rocky
I am amazed at what a year will do to a buck with potential. As everyone stated, fridge is a perfect name for that fat slob. I hope you make him a star on BH or Die in the coming weeks! Good luck Justin.
