Face paint for me unless the mosquitos are bad then it's a facemask. And facemask if it's cold too. I agree with the game face. i do kinda get into a different mindset.

Is that the Rancho Safari Shaggy?

As for the face paint, I've never worn any. I don't even wear a mask anymore unless it's chilly. Killed deer without a mask or paint too. I'm cool like that.

You just keep getting cooler. :D

I just received mine the first of October. I'll be doing a review soon, hopefully with a pic of me behind a deer. I can't use the facemask though....it interferes with my shot. I don't even see how I can trim it either.

I don't usually display my "most interesting man in the world" image until the rut starts. I don't often use face paint, but when I do, I use Hunters Specialties face paint. It actually does come off pretty easily with a damp tissue. One more week and things SHOULD be rock'n!! :tu:

I figured as much. Face painting is a craft that takes considerable experience to refine and perfect.

I too got off to a rocky start last year with my face paint. The attached picture was of the doe I shot last year in IL. It was October the 3rd and I was on my 3rd Illinois deer hunt, so I figured, why not paint some 3s. They turned out to be Es.

I wear a bandit...has a cutout for breathing and keeps the bugs off me. If I take lunch break, the waitress isn't afraid of me.

Most times I do neither. When I do chose to cover up, it's about 50/50. Like others, I have to be in the right mood to mess with face paint. Sure does make for a sweet victory pic when you do though.

Alright selfbros... Tried the deer droppings this morning, and I must admit I seen more deer than ever before! Had a huge 10 pointer come from downwind of me and he was totally curious!! If I didn't drink so many beers in my treestand and he wouldn't have caught me spraying my coyote urine every where( also works great for deer) I would've had him!!!! Thanks man!
