I've never liked Tito's mouth too much in the past, but I've loved his performances before he got hurt. If he's anywhere close to 100% like he's saying he is again... I don't see this one lasting too long -- nor much more interest in Forrest beyond mild interest.

Could be way wrong but we'll soon see!

After Forrest's last performance I'm surprised they're letting him have another headlining fight so soon. That was an embarassment.

I like both fighters, so I'm up in the air on this one. It's a big fight for both guys. Tito's tried to come back a few times now and has always been stopped short of gaining any real momentum or a legitimate shot. If he loses he could be done for good. Same with Forrest. After that last fight if he goes down without a helluva performance, he could be pretty well washed up as well.

I really like Forest as a person... I really like Tito as a fighter... I'm not pulling for either... but I'm betting Tito ends it quick... the guy is an awesome fighter.... Forest is a great guy... but I'm thinking he's made his run.

I can see Tito coming back for a title shot... Forest... as much as I like him... I can't see it.

True, but all claims are now that his recent spinal fusion surgery has him back close to 100%, something he hasn't been at for a long time... We'll see.

I have always thought tito was a piss bag, but he can ground and pound with the best of them...Forrest has confused the heck out of me lately. Just watched some of the pre fight and Dana said he gave Forrest a headline because he always fights the best out there, and all the last fight proved was how good silva really is. There is some truth to that, and I hope it is a good fight.

Nope, he handled Tito with ease. I cannot believe that Tito threw...maybe 5 punches and tried to shoot once over the course of the entire third round.

I know I am in the minority when it comes to mainstream fans but I was not excited to much for this fight. First it was a main even because this was the original card Lesnar was to headline. Fighters are getting hurt and pulling out of fights at a alarming rate. So this is the best they could come up with. Frankly, I was much more excited to see Koscheck vs Johnson.

I have never been a Forrest fan as a fighter. He has always been mediocre at best. Love his attitude and personality minus when he ran crying and running for the hills after Anderson completely outclassed him. But he is not a finisher, he is a grinder that wins decisions. Tito was good at one time but his game has not changed or evolved on bit. He is a strong ground and pounder that use to win fights now he will never be a contender again with the new fighters of today. Tito also thinks he is greater than he is. I can hardly stomach anything he says. He is pushing for a Tuf job coaching besides Forrest so they can fight a third time. Saying " We would break the ratings with that one." SorryTito the record you would break is least watch UFC programming ever. No one cares. I am not a fan of either really but last night Tito would have won if he would of done at least something in the third round. He won the first two rounds. The last round he lost 10-8 because he did NOTHING at all.

Tribal, I was sitting with my friends over a few adult beverages and I actually started watching the clock in the third round to see when Tito would throw his FIRST punch... came with 1:08 left in the fight. Very sad.

So much for the "He barely made it out of the first round the last time we fought... if he makes it out of the first round this time, he'll have the exact same thing to face in the second... and if he makes it out of the second, he'll have the exact same thing to face in the third..." Pfft.

All Forrest faced in the third was a gassed-out human punching bag he could tee off on. To your point, if he was a finisher it'd been nice to see him explode on Tito and put him down and out as he was just standing there the whole round...

Greg/Tribal...I agree with all of it, and if they fight again as the main draw, well it better be on spike or I won't be going to buffalo WW to watch it. man that was b oring as heck, and neither will ever hang with the big boys again. I agree Koscheck and Johnson was the real draw. Johnson is too big to keep cutting 45 lbs to try and be a hard hitting 170 guy, he needs to fight 185, but silva may be keeping him from that, knowing he will whip his tail.

I was in awe at how big Johnson looked next to Kos. That is crazy, and I actually think Kos was playing a little possum withthe eye poke. It didn't appear to me he hit him there at all. I think that was when Kos knew he was dealing with Johnson's power and size. But then he got back into it and earned the win. I was actually surprised at the sub of the night going to Kos though. Johnson gave up his back it wasn't a spectacular submission by no means.

I agree, Tribal... I thoiught Kendall Grove moving from an armbar attempt to quickly locking in the triangle from his back was a much more impressive submission and should have taken top honors...

Tito is an aging fighter, 5 years past his prime. You cannot dip in and out of high level sports like it is a game if you want to be the best. All it takes it 6 month to a year for a world class athlete to be "out of the mix". I actually find it quite sad that the UFC has to resort to pulling Tito out to fight, instead of finding a younger, more able fighter.

That being said, I don't watch the fights anymore at all, so who am I to talk.
