    Yeah when I was in my early high school years I loved the metal. First concert I went to AC/DC For those about to rock tour, saw Black Sabbath, Ozzy Van Halen 1984 tour. Good times.

    I never listened to that type of stuff even when I was a kid. I was always a country boy though I did listen to some pop back in the late 80's early 90's. It was the royalty of country music for me and still is. George Straight, Jones, Merle, Waylon, Allen J., Martina, Patty, Shania (...oh god Shania) I think I died a little the day I saw Shania in that beach video. :lol:

    My mom is a huge country fan (i am too) I remember her radio was always on, george strait, Alabama, Statler brothers, oak ridge boys, Clint Black, Garth..aka Chris Gaines...

    I saw George strait at Gillette stadium a few years ago on his final farewell tour, Awesome show. I knew every song he played! Baby Blue was one of my favorites, same with Cheyenne.
