Ya I didn't want any issues of sand bagging because I left the head with the butcher. I haven't even seen a nice buck since then haha.

Anyone getting out after some deer this fine, fine Saturday? I will be attending my dentist's open house in hopes of winning a shotgun. That's been the one thing that keeps me from hunting game birds with my buddy.

No I got some chores done this morning and we are having friends over for dinner so I won't have a chance. Tomorrow morning at work I plan to move a camera and do some last minute limb trimming for my late season tree stand. On another note I usually hang it up around thanksgiving and last year I already had my two bucks. But this season I want to stay in it and do all I can to take a late season buck!

 

I'm home sick with a sick kid.... Fun

 

While a sick kid is no fun, maybe a day at the house could be a good thing..

We got a ton of rain at the cabin this week and one of my trail cameras might be underwater yikes!! Can't wait to see the pictures from it

 

You'll have to share some underwater pics if you have any.

 

Ha. I think a thread by Fitz had one of his cams go underwater and still take pics.

Found out my stator is bad and I'm officially done fishing for the year. It's about an $800 bill I didn't need and am gonna push until next spring.
