The 'one' cool day we finally get here, and it's windy!!! Argh. We had a low of around 45 degrees and around 15 mph winds gusting to around 20. Not too bad, but still didn't see any deer. Tomorrow, we are supposed to have a low around 35 degrees. With winds around 5-10. Hoping for a better day. Lol. Up until this morning, we have been having highs in the mid 80's and lows in the lower 60's. How is your weather?

I wouldn't mind the wind so much if it would just blow from a different direction . It's straight out of the west here and with over 20 stands you'd think I would have at least one that would work ..... but I don't . First cold day of the season is usually my favorite day to hunt and here I am stuck at home

Hope it switches a little from the north soon .

I got shut out today too. Not much on the trail cameras either. I think they're hitting the acorns hard and I don't have any on my properties. Trying to stay patient
