Actually, after re-reading your post, you're right. I just answered one question. No, both sides have acted like kids as far as I'm concerned. That's water over the dam at this point.

I've never understood the "Trump messed up the Covid response" thing at all.
It's a virus. It was communicated very well how it spreads and what steps we should take to protect ourselves.
I'm a grown-ass adult capable of taking said precautions. Not well enough apparently, as I did get it, but that's on me and my decisions. I believe my kid was asymptomatic and brought it home from school. My wife and I talked about whether to allow him to return to in-person schooling or not. Our decision...as it should be.
Are you a human being born free upon this earth that is capable of making a decision and taking care of yourself, or a subject that can't make a decision unless their big government leader tells them what, how, and when to do it?
    No thanks to the latter.

You don't???? You need to listen to Woodward's recorded phone conversations with Trump. Then you'll have a good understanding.

now that I do agree with early. I will give you that. Yes, they both have acted childish, but that's what our politics have become

    Covid equals

Germ should never use Covid as a political tool again, he filed and won a lawsuit against the restrictions it had caused.

Fact of the matter is you have Covid and you have Trump. You don't have Covid and Trump or Covid and Hillary or Covid and Biden as a comparison.

No one, and I mean no one can say that Trump handled it better or worse than the other two would have. I can armchair quarterback everything that has happened since 2016 decided our next president, problem is I never seen where we are now back then so it's all a moot point.

I still stand by the statement that if Trump lost in 2016 we probably would have never seen Covid-19 aka the China Virus

Not true, I voted for Biden because I knew he was the only one who stood a chance of beating Trump. There was no republican alternative.

Same reason I voted for Trump, Hillary was and never will be the answer. Covid hasn't even caused the damage Hillary would have, we'd be in a recession and never know what Covid-19 was

Biden is only microns better than that, but he is actually megatons worse as he will never serve a full term and was only a "candidate" to bring Hussein Obama back into the forefront.

Absolutely. It's why we can't get things done, like a stimulus plan that BOTH SIDES know is badly needed!

There's another topic, do you think that stimulus plan for Covid-19 should make my state solvent for decades and decades of Democrat abuse of Pension funds borrowed from, education funds borrowed from and no way or plan to pay it back within a state budget?

I live here and am totally opposed to it, even though my taxes are going up every year.

We implement4ed the state lottery system to fund education. Several years back we sold the state lottery system to another party because it went bankrupt and winnings could not be paid. Education had not been funded from it for years.

Early, so you truly believe that our country will be better under Biden/Harris? I mean this is a serious question. If so, can you tell 1-3 ways it will be better...I am willing to hear you out.

I don't necessarily support all Biden's ideas, but like I said, I did what I believe I had to do to see Trump go. I think he does things with reckless abandon. Again, there was no republican alternative.

Yes, I believe we will regain some of the respect we've lost world wide. Other countries look at the US now, and say WTF??

I guess that's where I differ...I could give a rat's ass if other countries respect us... you see, when a tragedy strikes around the world, earthquake, floods, war, famine, etc, the US is always the first to lend a hand...always.. when a tragedy strikes us? we alll alone.. and we survive it. Nobody steps in to help and you know why? Because we don't need it. We are America bud, we fight amongst ourselves, but we pull together and get through in the end. Do you think for one minute that China, any mid east country, or South American country is really going to respect us more with Biden? What the hell, the guy has one foot in the grave man. Just like when Obama was in office, he got pushed around and catered to the muslim countries..

Trump always showing up acting like he is meeting someone at high noon in the town square with two six shooters. It gets old. As not only a US President, but a world leader, perception is extremely important. He failed in that regard and that is why he will not be our President. I dont mind Type A personalities when they at least show some humility from time to time. He got shot down at high noon. Live by the ego die by the ego. I'd much rather have him as President than Biden because I'm scared of Socialism and all these dumb victim things the Dems push on all the time. But I'm not blind to the fact that Trump is a supreme D bag. Seriously. I don't know how else to say it. And that is not a knock on any of you who really like him as President. That is really who he is..a jackass
