Respect is earned and obviously we have not earned it here............. yet. Let's bury the competition this weekend guys. Enough talk, just drill it and kill it.

My father always said there are talkers and doers......................enough talking, GO GET IT DONE.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it done yesterday, never had anything close to a shooter come by. I'm sitting in midway right now waiting for my connecting flight, my dad just called to let me know the bucks are running all over this morning... Thanks dad.

I can't decide if I feel like it is safe to hunt during rifle, I've been shot at before sitting the day before or after rifle and it's not much fun. Sadly road hunting is standard in Nebraska and my area is very secluded inviting people to do what ever they feel like.

The fact that its finally starting to bust loose when I leave is a punch in the gut but that's how it goes. I'm looking forward to a little break this weekend, I was in the stand way too much the last couple weeks.

Good luck out there guys, my odds of closing the deal went way down but I'll still try like hell.

Stay positive Matt. Things will break loose for the better, I just feel it.
This weekend will be magical for Team 6. Four monster bucks are going down. That's my prediction-one in Illinois, one in Kansas, one in Maryland, and one in Kenora, Canada, eh. The remaining bucks will be dropped by the weekend after Thanksgiving.

Ok guys we are right in the heat of this and its time we back up our talk. Well Pt and I's talk anyway. We can do this and this is going to be a huge week. The rut is kicking in harder and there will be some big deer takin for lots of teams lets make sure ours is one of them.

Dave, Clint, Scott, & Matt, good luck getting good bucks this weekend.

Isaiah when do you get to hunt again? I keep waiting for a buck to just show up on here from you out of the blue.

Reese hope you get the chance to hunt this weekend. Put down some deer.

NY hope your getting some sits in and seeing some bone.

    PT shoot a doe already.

Will hope your ready to pack your bags for us to slam some nannies in Nebraska. Are you still going to SD again this weekend? I'll be shooting the target this weekend making sure I bring my "A" game.

Fred & Aaron Keep on us to stay up with you two on putting deer down. Way to get us going early.

Yes Colby, as a team player, I will be heading back to South Dakota. Dave Neisen, who I hunted with last weekend, and good friend Justin Losee still have open deer tags. I am going to do what I can to assist them. Although I won't have a bow in hand, I am going to use the opportunity to sit and observe. If one comes close, I will shoot him with my lense.

I will be in Missouri for four days before Thanksgiving. The thought of killing another huge mid-west deer has me excited! If I'm successful, state number 20 goes into the bag. I would really like to join Fred back in the 200 club.

Nebraska in two, brother. Nebraska in two...

Until then, I'm on a knee and praising. Keep em safe, Lord.

Pansy! In the West, we use a cinder block hanging by a logging chain as a wing gauge (Colby will back me up, if you think I'm lying). A 15-20mph wind wouldn't even move/rock the block! When us typical 25 pound Colorado boys hunt, the block is at least swaying to and fro 30 to 60 degrees from its support. You should see our mosquitos!

Getting ready to head to the farm. Will be putting in as much hunting time as I can starting tomorrow through Monday. Good luck to everyone going out this weekend and be safe. I've been having this deal the past few years seeing 1111 all the time and tomorrow is 11/11/11. I hoping something magical happens tomorrow. If you don't believe the 1111 thing with me check out who had post 1111 on our thread. I just noticed it last night.
