Because somebody found pics of his dad in camo and realized it was before Trebark camo was introduced, so now he's jealous of the fact that somebody else made a crapton of money on something he thinks his dad invented.

Yeah... if there is nothing but TREE behind you! Ever have someone take a picture of you in your stand from the ground? Step back from that ultimate camo and treebark patterns, and there IS NO pattern anymore. It just looks grey. Does nothing for breaking up the outline.

I could tell stories about coyotes I've called wearing nothing but a t-shirt and blue jeans. Doesn't mean that is whats best.

Where do I come from? I see. Because I have a different opinion... I must be an idiot huh? I thought crap like this was restricted to archery talk? You are obviously personally invested in your opinion, enough to throw insults.

...okay but if you get far enough away, you don't have to worry about your pattern being broken up at all in the first place. Just make sure you're not wearing a red shirt in a grey forest and you'll be fine. "Break up" is for up close encounters.

There's nothing wrong with treebark breakup pattern. It does what it's intended to do...helps you blend in. Breaks you up enough that your slight and subtle movements make you look like branches swaying in the breeze...not some dummy in an pabst blue ribbon t-shirt and a camo hat.

We've all heard the blue jeans & t-shirt stories, and hell, some of us even have some of our own.

But just because it worked once doesn't mean it works every time.

That was DEFINITELY the best story of 2011.

I'd personally like to thank you for enlightening us on this extremely important issue. The jaw-dropping information that you've provided has truly revolutionized the way I'll look at camouflage from this day forward.

Your post has raised the awareness level, not only of the Undisputed King of Archery, but the entire bowhunting.com community at large! As a tribute to you and your epic post, I'm going to do 100 pushups in your honor - starting right now.

You, my friend, are a hero to all things whitetail, and are a credit to this fine forum. I raise my glass to the best post I've ever read.

This the the MOST ludicrous thing I have ever seen on here. Someone came up with an idea your dad also had. He made money from it, your dad didn't. Sweet. Not like that's ever happened before

What exactly are you even trying to prove here? All I can gather from your hodgepodged facebook page is that your extremely obsessive compulsive and straight out of control.

You would think that after your threads got removed from AT as well as Bowsite, not to mention the banning, you would get the hint. People just don't care.

Ideas are free to everyone. Some act on them, some market them, some are simply forgotten.
