The Boys are on a roll! They put the hurt on the Cardinals by sweeping them under the rug at home! We had a nice road trip taking 7 and now back in Milwaukee for a homestand! Watch out Cubbies here we come!!!!!!!!!!!! You heard me right Peakrut, watch out cubbies!
I'm a cards fan 100%....so no BS from me about that. The Brewers thumped us. But WTF is the deal with them untucking their shirts on the field and acting like total thugs? The showboating about the HR's, staring people down....big change from a few years ago.I liked the Brewers for awhile but I'm actually pulling for the Cubs to win the division. The Cards have no chance at this point.
I will be at Tuesday nights game vrs. my beloved cubbies. Just for the record the cubs are like 63-9 when I go see them play. Milwaukee ain't got a chance. And ya.. the brewers are a little gay lately.. all thugged out. Although I think Sheets is a great pitcher.. the dude should stop wearing fielder's pants. It looks as though he needs to crap during every game. Go cubs Go!
Oh.. I know they lost. I watched all 11 or 12 innings of it. They are in a major slump.. but still battling every game. When they get hot again (and we both know they will).. look out to that team. I just have a feeling the energy up at Miller may just be what the cubbies need. Go Cubs Go!
Even better.. Big Z vrs. big pants sheets on Tuesday. Oh.. haiti's ya it's gonna be a great day at the ballpark!
Alright, the Brew Crew wins another! You know what that means don't ya Duke???? Lets Go Brewers!!!!!!!!!
Jeff don't you golf with Rosie, Whoopie and Marge every sunday, you better hope they don't read this, they might kick you out of the club!??? :d
Heres the real losers! The brewer fan was just asking for it and he got it! The cubs fans, well there cubs fans. I hope they all don't beat up there sisters! :d :d :d :d WEDNESDAY, July 30, 2008, 6:42 a.m. By Linda Spice Three held in post-game brawl Three men from the Chicago area - ages 25, 26 and 34 - will be spending a little more time in Wisconsin today after being taken into custody for substantial battery in the beating of a 24-year-old West Allis man after Tuesday night's Milwaukee Brewers-Chicago Cubs game at Miller Park. According to police, the West Allis man threw a beer can at a bus full of Cubs' fans, three of whom left the bus about 10:39 p.m. while it was stuck in traffic near the stadium. The man told police the three men beat him up, knocking a tooth out, cutting his lower lip and leaving him with pain in his jaw. The West Allis man was ticketed for disorderly conduct and taken to a local hospital for treatment. The suspects could face felony charges in the case, according to police. Milwaukee police said the 34-year-old also punched his sister in the mouth while she attempted to break up the fight. Although she refused medical treatment and did not want to prosecute, the man received a municipal ticket for assault and battery, in addition to the felony charge that he faces.
Not saying that this dude deserved it, but you've gotta use your head a little here. You know there's a big rivalry between these teams, everyone is drunk, and you decide to throw a beer at a bus full of rival fans? If that's not holding up a big sign that says "Please come kick my ass" I don't know what is.
Justin, I'm saying he did deserve it, they all did, except maybe the sister who "tried" to break up the fight! I don't care who you are you just don't do stupid **** like that, if you decide to, be prepared to pay for it! I guess there morons everywhere! Just think, the dudes that went to jail might be getting out in a few hours form now, probably missed work, have to be back in a few weeks, for, not another ball game but a court date and pay hefty fines and now felons!! Hopefully the dumb ass that thru the beer will have scars to remind him of how stupid he is for years to come! I'm just saying! I'm glad I did all that stupid **** in high school back in Detroit! Jeff, have you ever been to Wisconsin or are you just stereotyping people on there location?? :d :d :d :d :d
