I am going to try this. I always like doing things while practicing that will improve my chances. 3D targets, shooting from trees, holding for 60 seconds before shooting, shooting while seated or in a ground blind, shooting with my actual hunting gear on, bleating before I shoot, etc. The more we practice, the better we'll be. Thanks for the idea.
Mark good article. I am an Exercise Physiologist at the Cleveland Clinic and think this is a great way to practice and incorporate exercise. The one thing I would had is some lower body strength like squats or lunges to build strength in the lower body for long stand on the stand.
