I have a block target and it's pretty good. Holds up to a ton of arrows and the arrows come out pretty easy.

I am a bigger fan of my Glendal. I figure if I am hunting deer may as well practice by shooting at one.:D

My broad heads and field tips fly the same so I don't shoot it a ton with the Slick Tricks but have put a few in it just to make sure.

I have a block classic. Its a good target. Very durable with FP's but it does get chewed up a bit by my muzzy mx3's. I don't shoot them into it much because of this. I also have my FP's and BH's grouping the same so I usually only throw a BH at it once in a while just to make sure they still group with my FP's.

That's what I'm tryin to figure out is if they fly/group the same as my field points. An for $80 I'm not tryin to completely destroy it so that's good to know thank you!

Yeah u'll definitely be able to shoot it enough with ur BH to do some fine tuning and get em set up. That's how I did mine. I just wouldn't recommend shooting it with BH all the time. As that obviously would drastically shorten the life of ur target. It will definitely serve ur needs though. It has been a great target for me. :)

I have a Block target that I bought a couple of years ago. That thing chewed up in the first year with broadhead use. I was very dissapointed in it.

    Blessings.........Pastorjim

That's the first complaint I've heard about them. But that makes sense, like Remyngton said - shooting broad heads at it constantly will drastically shorten the life of the target.

Shooting broadheads at any target will greatly reduce the life of it ...

I am with Pat ... tune your bow properly and shoot field tips and the occasional broadhead and your target should last for years ...

You mean LEAST expensive hahahaha that's one thing I've learned so far. It's an expensive "addiction" hahahaha

Iv had the block classic. I just got rid of it because it was so torn up I was shooting full pass throughs. It lasted a year, which is ok, I do shoot almost everyday. The best target is the target you make yourself. Cheap and better! And the one I have will last a life time.

Hopefully you can see the picture. But I made the wood outer box except for the side the arrow goes into. The side that the arrow goes into, I have carpet as the front layer. Then the top of the box I make the a hinge so i can open and close the top. Inside the box you stuff a bunch of shrink wrap and it does the job! It will only go in about 5-6 inches and it will be so easy to pull out! When you absolutely tear up all the shrink wrap. Then you just open the top and put more in. It is awesome. If anyone has any questions I would be happy to answer them and/or help them try to build one.
