I don't really understand all this talk about the constitution as of late. As if the current president is the first (or last) to bend the document certain ways. Try reading about Lincoln and get back to me after you're finished.
Lincoln suspends habeas corpus, Obama allows drones to act as judge jury and executioner on US citizens on foreign soil. Granted, we haven't gotten as far as marshall law yet, but we are also not as close to civil war as Lincoln was during his tenure. Regardless, 'Those who do not know their history are doomed to repeat it'.
Lincoln did abuse his power but it was a different scenario then what is happening now. Our country was at war with itself , in war the rules are different. Does the means is justify the end? Whether you agree with it or not that's your choice, I personally think that is too much power for one person to have. They started this anti-gun movement after a shooting where the gun that they are trying to ban wasn't even used, so what is their ultimate agenda?
