the anticipation is killing me......

Went for a ride to my hunting property last night and watched the fields for the last hour and a half of day light. by the time it was too dark to see there was already 11 deer in the field 6 of them were bucks. 4 of them were young bucks but the other two were definite shooters. the biggest was a 10 point i was chasing last year called Captain Hook because of his bent brow. he should score around 135-140. which is awesome for NY.
I hung three cams out there today, hoping to get some good pics.


So i am super excited for this season to say the least! October 1st cant come soon enough!!!!!

best one i seen this year in MA was 100 yards off the land i hunt on land no ones allowed to hunt orderd some raxx hope i can pull him over to me season opens oct 15th here its killing me

 

I hate to rub it in, but yesterday marked the 3 week away point for me. Can't wait for aug. 15th

 

Anticipation?

Nah... it's not like I'm counting down the days.

 

shot my bow today and can not wait going to hang stands on saturday and seen a really nice one last weekend on the land im hunting on all i can say is im excited and cant wait

 

me neither today was 57 days and a wake up here in tennessee.

 

I have been hearing that a lot of monsters have been showing up in NY this year. I haven't made it upstate all summer but i cant wait until i go. With this news and the predictions of it being an awesome rut this year i can barley stand the anticipation. It sucks that i have to miss opening day.
