This is a tough one. I like different parts of each. Christmas has a LOT more cookies involved and I have a giant weakness for cookies. I like that thanksgiving is always a 5 day weekend. Christmas can fall whenever.
Add....Halloween yuppy beers are better then Christmas yuppy beers. Double add, i need to update my beer thread, because ive been drinking alot of new stuff. Carry on.
Halloween = rutting bucks ! :D Thanksgiving = Gun season Christmas = over commercialized holiday that suffocates the others
Halloween = Great parties, half naked chicks wearing tight clothes, and just a general good time (but now that I have a degree its not the same ...) Plus good hunting! Thanksgiving = Good time with the family nice to see them for a couple hours...always a good drinking day with good eats. Typically crappy football games on with this year being the exception, but I always hunt thanksgiving AM... XMAS = To much running around, to much hype, to much traffic, to much Xmas music, ill stop there don't wanna sound like the grinch lol In the end I say Halloweeen _> Thanksgiving Thanksgiving > Xmas
I'm not sure about that. There are those that say it's so and there are those that say it's not. I like the food at Thanksgiving. I hate what Christmas has become. Hell, I hate Valentines Day. The only true holiday is Veterans Day and St Patricks Day. One you morn and drink... The other you celebrate and drink. Life is good. OK, I'll give you the 4th of July. Other than that ..... Screw your celebrations.
