For ruining what was going to be a great night. I thought you were going to stomp the hell out of Msu last night. You are dead to me.
How do you think I feel. This was the one chance to finish top 3 at the end of the year. All down the drain on a fluke play. Wisconsins D really let them down.
Now Oklahoma beats ok st and an undefeated bama faces a one loss lsu in the championship, chalk it up! Haha
Haha I actually hope so to quiet some of the bama fans around here, but I just don't see it happening!
I agree, but I think people are looking at the flashy plays of LSU defense more than the bottom line numbers. I think most will agree Bama is the better offensive team. Amazing O line, best RB in nation, and a QB who does just enough to win without making mistakes. Defense is where nearly everyone thinks LSU leads. Looking at the numbers I am starting to think Bama has the better Defense as well. Rank #1 for yards per play at a measly 3.15 yards. Rank #1 for TDs allowed, just 6 in 8 games! Rank #1 for total yards allowed, 1444 in 8 games. Rank #1 for yards per game, a crazy low 180.5 ypg. Next closest is Mich St at 222, LSU is giving up 250. Bama has also allowed around 50 less total plays through 8 games than LSU. Overall I think Bama obviously has the better defense, while LSU has the better playmakers like their D Line who rack up sacks and the Honey Badger who simply terrorizes people, myself included. At this point, I am confused by the landslide of first place votes LSU receives compared to Bama.
The hail mary was just the icing on the cake. The interception. The safety. The blocked field goal. The blocked punt for a TD. Was where it went down the drain. The Badgers didn't deserve to win. Nice to see them fight back at the end.
Ol' Sparty is no joke... they have killer D! I'm thinking that if Urban doesn't take the job next season, it might be time for Coach Dantonio to come home
Pat: I agree that it was many fazes that buried us. We fought back and lost on a fluke play. The hardest part is the last play will be on ESPN classic for years. Dean
