I recently picked up a few mp6 cams and after putting them out for their first run noticed one wasn't flashing for the night time pics. Contacted Pat on here and it too him. Sent it off two weeks ago today and jus recieved a completly new cam in the mail today. Two week turnaround is pretty darn good if you ask me for any company. Also sent in a 2012 model and got back a new 2013 which I didn't expect but am thankful for. I was already impressed with the pics all of you guys have shared and now I'm extremely impressed with the customer service you guys have. Thanks again and I will definitely be buying and encouraging anybody who ask to pick up one of these cams. Thanks Jeremy
The customer service is unbeatable! I had a tree branch fall an crack my mp6. Got ahold of Pat, an within in a week had a brand new mp6 out in the woods! Absolutely amazing!!
Yea sure seems that way. I don't buy a lot locally because we don't have very good selections at the two shops that sell hunting supplies so its mostly internet purchases. Especially on things like trailcams and sometimes stands, so its pretty nice finding good people you don't ever deal with besides over a email. I don't even go into places here if their service sucks so having a group of strangers make things right is a big plus in my book.
good CS makes a company glad to hear covert is one that does. how come covert doesnt advertise like other cameras on the market that are about half the quality of covert?
If you saw the amount of $$$$$$$ they want to run a commercial or flash a logo you would fall over!!! The worse part is a lot of shows think they should be able to base their prices off of Lee and Michael.
That's what it's all about!! Doubts or not, generally for every 1 good story you hear you normally would have heard 10 bad stories by now....that simply isn't the case.
There's no one I'd rather deal with than Pat when it comes to cs, the whole Covert team for that matter are outstanding.
ah i never thought about it like that. all i know is i see new products all the time on tv and the only time i have ever seen a covert advertised was on a FB giveaway. if it wasnt for this site i wouldnt of ever looked at a covert cam. i would think there just some off brand because i hve never seen them anywhere in a store or anywhere else
Dear Pat, The MP6 I bought last September is still running on the same set of batteries and its been in the woods locked to a tree taking pics the whole time. I think it may be broken, can I get a new 2013 model? :D Sent from my ADR6300 using Tapatalk 2
