    I just had a Truth Cam 46 have the same probably. I was in the same boat as you too. Not past a year, but I didn't fill out the warranty info.

    I called primos and they said ship it back with $20 dollars and they will send me a new one. I was very happy to hear this. They didn't have to do anything, but instead they are replacing it for $20 bucks instead of me buying a new one for $100+.

    Excellent customer service and they gave me no hassles. I should be getting my new one in 2 to 3 more days.

    I would definately try this route. Hope this helps a little. Goodluck :tu:

    Thanks yeah ingot an email response saying they can only fix within a year and that I need proof of purchase and how I registered it I will be calling to talk to them instead maybe I can get in on that 20$ deal I hope

    I would definately try. $20 is better than $100+

    okay well turns out i'm still under warranty until the 18th and i registered it online and all but i have to pay the shipping along with 20$ don't you think they should do it for free? or at least pay the shipping.. i guess 40 is better than 99

    I would go back and read the warranty then. There could be some fine print in there. You got the same deal as me and I did nothing with the warranty. I would look at the warranty and see what it says.
