    So why is it that when I watch the video on my computer, it is nice and clear, and not sticky, but after I download it to Youtube, its all out of focus, and real jerky?

    Sometimes things don't transfer well to media storage sites. You might try Vimeo. I have been very pleased with the video from them. Here's an example from there
