"Threw everything we had at him." Really, did you throw your rangefinder? How about your bow? Please tell me you at least "threw" an arrow at him.
This PM at the job I’m on now says “like I said” wayyyyy too much. I don’t like that phrase now, like I said… I don’t like it !
In a previous job I had as a project manager for commercial GC they hired a new junior estimator and put him in the office next to mine. He would do a Rick flair whooo every single time he hung up the phone. His job basically consisted of making calls to subcontractors following up on bids… 1-2 minute long calls, one after another, all day. I still don’t know how I managed to not throw him out the window.
I was once at a cabin in NW Wisconsin at a college friends cabin. His family was up one member had a wolf hybrid, his mom has a rescue pitbull. Yeah the fight happened within 10 seconds, neither could figure it out because they are so gentle. I always say about pitbulls, compare them to a lab. You could get a lab and never throw anything for it to fetch, wait 2-3-4 years break out a tennis ball and throw it, the lab will not be able to resist. Same with a pitbull.
